Since this site contains samples of work created over the last ten plus years, much of this client content is no longer in circulation. Some has been modified from the version shown on this site, but is still in circulation. As a result, the information, phone numbers, web sites and general content can not be considered to factually accurate. Hence the need for this Site User Agreement.

By viewing or printing any sample content on this site, whether in video, audio, graphic, print (physical or pdf) or any other form presented here, you agree that the data, information and content of these works can not and will not be considered to be factually accurate. Likewise, you agree that the viewing or testing of these samples will be used for the sole purpose of evaluating the production skills and talent of J. David Curlee. Furthermore, you agree that no attempt will be made to contact any of the clients or companies represented via information presented in any sample work presented on this site.
