OrderDog, Inc. is a technology company catering to the small and medium-sized natural product retail store.  As the former Director of Marketing for OrderDog, I developed the new OrderDog brand and helped bring OrderDog to the forefront of the Natural Product Industry.  After leaving OrderDog, they approached me about creating an internal show that would help teach and train their existing and new clients on the use and implementation of the OrderDog, Inc. hardware and software.

The concept is to take all of the company’s current knowledge base articles and for each, produce a video that will walk the client, in detail through the solution to the given problem. The ultimate result is to lower customer service overhead by allowing the clients to easily and quickly, solve their own issues.
